Scope, honestly: PLENA Proof Wallet v1 produces portable, structured, verification-page-linked share packets. It is not yet a W3C Verifiable Credentials issuer, an Open Badges 3.0 issuer, or an EUDI-wallet-conformant wallet — those require an issuer partner with signing keys, which is on the roadmap, not in this build. What you get today: a packet the recipient can open, read, and verify against the fingerprint on a PLENA-hosted page.
